Started in 2014, with our first 8 unit apartment building, we have since then grown to over 120 units. We quickly realized that there was an extreme need for affordable apartments that still felt new. Tenants would happily pay a slight premium for something that felt new and remodeled. We decided to remodel all our buildings with the necessary upgrades and make sure all ongoing repairs were done right, so that our tenants would be happy to keep renting from us.
